When you cancel your MEGA subscription, you’ll still have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel a subscription you set up using our website, just follow the steps below:
Dans un navigateur Web pour ordinateur
- Cliquez sur votre image de profil en haut à droite.
- Cliquez sur Paramètres.
- Cliquez sur Abonnement.
- Click Cancel subscription in the middle pane.
- Click Continue cancellation.
Dans un navigateur Web mobile
- Touchez votre image de profil pour ouvrir le menu Compte.
- Touchez Annuler l’abonnement.
- Select from the options, and tap Submit and cancel subscription.
Dans l’appli pour iOS
- Touchez l’image de votre profil en haut à gauche.
- Tap My account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel subscription.
- Tap Continue cancellation.
Dans l’appli pour Android
- Touchez le menu principal en haut à gauche.
- Tap My account.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Tap Continue cancellation.
Notes
- Currently, you can’t manage your Pro Flexi subscription from our mobile apps.
- If you set your subscription up using the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel from your mobile app, or use these instructions:
Tip
If you don’t see the “Cancel subscription” button, it means your plan won’t renew automatically, so there’s nothing else you need to do.
