When you cancel your MEGA subscription, you’ll still have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel a subscription you set up using our website, just follow the steps below:
In a desktop web browser
- Click your profile image at the top right.
- Click Settings.
- Click Plan.
- Click Cancel subscription in the middle pane.
- Click Continue cancellation.
In a mobile web browser
- Tap your profile image to open the Account menu.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Select from the options, and tap Submit and cancel subscription.
In the iOS app
- Tap your profile image at the top left.
- Tap My account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel subscription.
- Tap Continue cancellation.
In the Android app
- Tap the main menu at the top left.
- Tap My account.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Tap Continue cancellation.
Notes
- Currently, you can’t manage your Pro Flexi subscription from our mobile apps.
- If you set your subscription up using the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel from your mobile app, or use these instructions:
Tip
If you don’t see the “Cancel subscription” button, it means your plan won’t renew automatically, so there’s nothing else you need to do.
